Smart Price Bookkeepers have recently developed a new system for meeting clients needs which means we can now help people all over the UK regardless of location!
This new process means we can offer low cost, top quality service to a wider range of businesses.
There are only a few simple steps:-
STEP 1 Every week or month (depending on business size) Smart Price Bookkeepers will send a pre-addressed envelope out to you.
STEP 2 You include all accounting paperwork (including invoices, bank statements, supplier invoices etc) into the envelope and then post the items back to us.
Alternatively if you have a scanner available all items can be scanned and emailed to us.
STEP 3 You can carry on with the running of your business while we prepare your bookkeeping,VAT returns or management accounts.
STEP 4 We will return all paperwork to you (within a maximum of a week)
STEP 5 You will be able to be more proactive in the running of your business due to having up to date financial information available at all times rather than making decisions on past financial data.
The postal service price starts from £20 per month for small sole traders and sub-contractors and £35 per month for small limited companies.
